Wearing workout clothes from HERE! 

Första gympasset idag på säkert 3-4 månader, då fick man köra ett "kick-igång" pass som jag kallar det! ;-)

Todays workout: 
- 4 km total run between the sets​
- 5 minutes lunges uphill on the treadmill 

- 150 squats in different ways 
(wide, narrow, regular, jumps, with weights, no weights etc)
- biceps curl 20×5
- Hip lifts 10×6 
- leg throws 15×6
- the folding knife 
(we call it that in Sweden anyway) 10×3
- 100 situps
- finished it with 15 min boxing
